Fossil Shark Teeth and Jaws
Ocean Artifacts
While we were visiting the South Carolina Aquarium in Charleston in July, 2001, we visited the shops nearby. Patrick McCarthy was just opening a shop featuring all kinds of beautiful shells, ocean artifacts and fossil shark teeth and jaws. Many are museum quality specimens.
I bought a large color poster about different shark species with labels in English, French, Italian, Spanish and German. It measures approximately 38" by 26" and is laminated. The cost was $15.00.
I also bought "Fossils of the Green River Formation." This poster features mostly fish and a few other fossils. It is 24" by 36" but is not laminated. The cost was $10.00.
