We will not be using the File Maker Pro system for language arts assessment and we will not be using separate spreadsheets for mathematics assessments. This will eliminate the need for you to record assessment data in multiple places. However, it is imperative that you carefully read the information below and follow it precisely so that reports can be generated through Power School. Procedures Mathematics and language arts assessment data should be entered into your PowerGrade grade book according to the schedule below. Please copy and paste the exact assessment name listed below in the appropriate assessment category. This name must be exactly the same in every grade book in order to run a report on the data. Please note the dates associated with each assessment. Administration dates refer to the time span for administering each assessment.
